Michael brings experience across business sectors including engineering, real estate and other industries to the Foundation’s work. A University of Waterloo civil engineering alumnus, BASc ’81, he connects the family’s philanthropic values with practical educational and community initiatives.
His involvement in the Sacred Trust Project included a visit to India in 2014 and hands-on support for the development of St. Xavier’s Academy. The Foundation’s approach reflects his interest in understanding a challenge, identifying what will make a difference and following through.
