The Steele Family Foundation WISE [EARN TO LEARN]® Friday, April 17, 2026 Thank You for Your Generous Support! Dear Esteemed Donor, On behalf of The Steele Family Foundation, we sincerely thank you for your continued generosity toward St. Xavier’s Academy in Mathigiri, Tamil Nadu. Your support has continued to make a real and lasting difference for the children and families lives. Over the past year, we have seen meaningful progress at St. Xavier’s Academy, both in the daily life of the school and in its physical growth. What began as a mission to help create safe, dependable access to education continues to grow into something much greater, a school community where children are learning, building confidence, and gaining opportunities that were once out of reach. The Steele Family Foundation (Michael and Stacey Steele) are grateful to share that the school is now moving forward with its next phase of development. Approvals have been secured and new construction work is already underway. Your generosity has helped carry this work forward. Every classroom improved, every child welcomed, and every step of growth reflects support like yours. 2017 2018 2025 2026 1

The Steele Family Foundation WISE [EARN TO LEARN]® About St. Xavier’s Academy St. Xavier’s Academy continues to show what steady support makes possible. Over the past year, the school has remained active not only as a place of learning, but also as a place where children can explore, participate, and grow. In late 2025, students took part in a Creative Minds Talent Expo, where they presented hands- on projects in science, storytelling, space, animals, and community themes. The school also hosted a large Children’s Day celebration, welcoming more than 450 children from seven parishes across the Hosur Vicariate. These moments reflect a school environment filled with energy, creativity, and strong community connection. The school also continues to give children opportunities to build confidence through shared experiences, public presentations, and school-wide participation. These kinds of moments matter because they help students grow socially, speak with confidence, and feel proud of what they are learning in a supportive environment. The school’s continued activity and visibility also reflect its growing role in the area. St. Xavier’s Academy is not only serving its own students, it is becoming a stronger centre for learning, encouragement, and community life for the families around it. 2

The Steele Family Foundation WISE [EARN TO LEARN]® Looking Ahead There is still more we hope to do in this community with your donations. The next stage will focus on completing the new upper level now under construction and preparing the school for rising enrolment. This work is an important step in helping the school respond to increasing demand from families seeking a safe and reliable place for their children to learn. As enrolment continues to rise, the school will need an additional bus to safely accommodate daily transportation needs. Continued support for both expansion & transportation will help ensure that more students are able to learn in a stable, supportive setting. What makes this work so meaningful is that your generosity supports more than construction. It helps sustain a school community where children are learning, participating, and gaining opportunities that can shape their future. We are deeply grateful for the role you have played in helping St. Xavier’s Academy reach this point. Truly. A Broader Vision for Education, The WISE Scholarship Program™ At The Steele Family Foundation, our commitment to education extends beyond one school. Alongside St. Xavier’s Academy, we continue building long-term pathways for young people through our WISE Scholarship Program™ (World Impact through Scholarships & Education). Through both St. Xavier’s Academy and WISE, our goal remains the same: to help children and youth access stronger futures through education. Once again, thank you for your kindness, your trust, and your continued generosity. Your support has already made a real and lasting difference, and we are sincerely grateful for all that you have helped make possible. Sincerely, Michael & Stacey Steele The Steele Family Foundation - WISE Scholarship Program thesteelefamilyfoundation.com/SXAS wisescholarship.org info@thesteelefamilyfoundation.com thank you 3
