With a degree in civil engineering, he has taken on many challenges in a multitude of industries such as mining, oil and gas, food processing, real estate, and architecture.
It was through Michael’s countless efforts that The Steele Family Foundation came to life.
COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER & DIRECTOR
Stacey has 30 years of experience in managerial and marketing initiatives for large corporate entities.
The Steele Family Foundation is expanding its charitable platform to now include third party fundraising programs which will require strong branding and leadership roles to build relationships with other similar cause charities and philanthropists.
Stacey has concentrated her efforts on developing the sustainable education platform known as The WISE Scholarship Program™.
DIRECTOR
We are proud to introduce Dave Dozzo, a valued Director of The Steele Family Foundation. Dave brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community service, also serving as a Director of the Mario Dozzo Foundation (also a significant donor and partner) and the President/Owner of CapForm Inc.
Dave’s dedication to supporting ‘Stranded Superstars’ on their journey towards becoming socially responsible global citizens resonates profoundly with our mission at The Steele Family Foundation. We are honoured to have him on our board and look forward to continuing our work together.
SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICER
Jace Forsythe is the Senior Technical Officer at The Steele Family Foundation, bringing expertise in web and app design and development. He oversees the WISE Portal, which powers the SFF’s WISE Scholarship “Earn to Learn” Program, and guides the development and management of all the SFF’s technology systems.
With a huge heart and passion for helping underprivileged youth, or “Stranded Superstars,” Jace uses his technical skills to support every aspect of the SFF’s mission. From creating innovative tools to streamlining operations, his work sees to it that the SFF’s programs run smoothly and effectively, empowering WISE participants to thrive & making a lasting impact on communities.
WISE SCHOLARSHIP SSA MANAGER & TRAINING COORDINATOR
With over two decades of experience in education, Josh Martin is a dynamic leader and seasoned learning coordinator recognized for his innovative approach to fostering academic excellence and personal development. His extensive expertise spans curriculum development, program design, training, and leadership, making him an indispensable asset to the Steele Family Foundation.
Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and a results-oriented mindset, Josh has successfully developed and implemented transformative educational programs that enhance teaching methodologies and elevate learning outcomes. His ability to align organizational goals with impactful educational initiatives has consistently delivered measurable success.
Josh’s dedication to excellence and his strategic vision have strengthened institutional performance and cultivated environments where individuals and teams thrive. His leadership continues to inspire innovation and create lasting value in the field of education.
MEMBER
Jennifer, daughter to Michael, graduated from the Honours Business program with a concentration in Marketing at Wilfrid Laurier University, in Waterloo.
She has also completed her certification in Image Consulting and is actively involved in the fashion sector as an international model, digital content creator, and editor for a fashion magazine.
As Associate Director of the family’s foundation, Jennifer is responsible for some of the foundation’s marketing, administrative, and research duties.

Stuart is a senior tax partner with Aird & Berlis LLP in Toronto. He has spent over 25 years practicing in the income tax where he specializes in domestic and international wealth preservation and estate planning.
