The Steele Family Foundation was established in 2007 to specifically fund grass root charitable causes.

After 12 years, Michael Steele (founder of The Steele Family Foundation) and Stacey Coote-Steele (director of communications) have focused their efforts on the creation of the The WISE Scholarship Program™, a sustainable education platform.

As a special purpose endowment, the WISE Scholarship Program™ and software will coexist with the present Steele Family Foundation organization. It will have no effect on the continued assistance we are trying to provide to other local or worldwide grass-roots initiatives.

With substantial mentoring advantages, the WISE Scholarship Program™ will provide a completely integrated approach to post-secondary growth, both academically as well as socially.

The WISE Program envisions a world where talent meets opportunity — empowering individuals to thrive academically, professionally, and personally through education, purpose, and self-efficacy.
